Technologies
We’ve developed two stages of waste plastic transformation. Due to this fact our enterprise produces SRF briquettes and synthetic oil, which is more effective and calorific for heating.
Converting waste plastic into pyrolysis briquettes
- We use only polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene.
- The main consumers of pyrolysis briquettes are: heavy industry factories,cement plants,thermal power stations.
- We don’t use PET and PVC for the pyrolysis process
Advantages of high-temperature burning of plastic waste
- Eco-friendly
Combustion of waste plastic at 1500-2000 degrees allows dioxins and furans to be completely decomposed. Plastic is a good alternative to burning in high temperature furnaces using the same coal targets. - A little less waste
From 10,000 tons of waste plastic to fuel there are less wastes comparing with a fossil fuel - High heat transfer
When burning plastic waste, 9000 kcal of heat is generated per 1 kg of plastic. For comparison: when burning coal, 7000 kcal of heat is generated per 1 kg of coal.
Thermochemical treatment of SRF briquettes into synthetic oil
- We use only polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene.
- Synthetic oil, carbon char and syngas.
Advantages of the waste plastic to fuel solution
- Energy Efficiency
The heat released in the process of the thermochemical treatment is used to heat the buildings - Autonomy
During the waste plastic to fuel process, syngas is produced in the furnace, which is fed to the gas burner to maintain the temperature. - Minimizes Damage to Environment
Carbon char that remains after thermochemical processing (10%-15%). It can be used as a filler for fuel purification.
